I have zero experience in the food industry. I am not a chef. I'm just a guy who maximizes the flavour and taste of everything i eat.

Two ingredients. One obsession. I kept experimenting till the honey got addictively hot. 

For me, the hot honey was a revelation. Suddenly I had this ingredient at my disposal that could bring little bursts of acidity and pungent umami sweetness, which ends with a bang of spicy burn to any dish. When I perfected the recipe and i tasted it, i was completely shocked. I know it sounds like an exaggeration- after all, we are talking about a spoonful of Hot Honey.  And to it's so easy to use a 5 year old could do it.
